Returns & Exchanges

At Glitch Productions Store, we want you to love your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, including the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
